Trauma-Sensitive Movement (TSM) is a gentle, choice-based practice that allows you to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself—on your terms, in your time.
Unlike traditional yoga, TSM isn’t about flexibility, fitness, or performance. It’s about:

We’re excited to welcome you to our peaceful and inspiring yoga space at Schepenen 9, Lelystad. Here’s what you need to know before your visit:
🧘♀️ Changing Facilities:
✔ Separate dressing rooms for men and women.
✔ No lockers yet, but designated spaces are available for jackets and belongings.
🚿 Facilities:
❌ No bathrooms available on-site. Please plan accordingly.
🧘♂️ Yoga Mats & Towels:
✔ High-quality yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
✔ A towel is mandatory during practice—bring your own or rent one for €2.50.
