If you’ve experienced trauma, chronic stress, or emotional overwhelm, you know how difficult it can be to feel at home in your own body.

Trauma-Sensitive Movement (TSM) is a gentle, choice-based practice that allows you to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself—on your terms, in your time.

Unlike traditional yoga, TSM isn’t about flexibility, fitness, or performance. It’s about:

✔ Feeling safe and comfortable in your own body
✔ Learning to trust your physical sensations again
✔ Releasing stress, tension, and emotional overwhelm
✔ Moving in ways that feel good, not forced
✔ Practicing self-compassion, not self-judgment

💙 No experience needed. No forced postures. No expectations. Just a safe, supportive space where you are in control.

✨ You don’t have to heal alone. This 10-week Trauma-Sensitive Yoga program offers both one-on-one and group sessions, guided by certified TSY instructors and licensed mental health professionals who specialize in trauma-informed care.

• Instructors use invitational language (e.g., “If it feels right for you, you are welcome to…”), ensuring that every movement is your choice.
• No one will ask you to share personal stories. There is no chanting, no spiritual rituals, and no pressure.

We’re excited to welcome you to our peaceful and inspiring yoga space at Schepenen 9, Lelystad. Here’s what you need to know before your visit:
🧘‍♀️ Changing Facilities:
✔ Separate dressing rooms for men and women.
✔ No lockers yet, but designated spaces are available for jackets and belongings.
🚿 Facilities:
❌ No bathrooms available on-site. Please plan accordingly.
🧘‍♂️ Yoga Mats & Towels:
✔ High-quality yoga mats are provided, but feel free to bring your own.
✔ A towel is mandatory during practice—bring your own or rent one for €2.50.
